Setting and following up on working agreements
Working agreements is a Pro feature (included in Pro and Team) that lets your team capture how you want to work together — and keeps it alive instead of writing it down once and forgetting about it.
An owner per agreement
Each working agreement gets an owner: the person who watches over the agreement on the team's behalf. That makes an agreement concrete instead of non-committal.
Periodic review sessions
Working agreements aren't set once — you revisit them in periodic review sessions. That way you regularly check whether an agreement still works, needs tightening, or can be dropped.
Gauging consensus
Before an agreement is set (or revised), you can gauge consensus across the team — so everyone genuinely stands behind the agreement instead of only the loudest voice counting.
Working agreements pair well with the team health check: first gauge how the team is doing, then translate that into concrete agreements. Not on Pro yet? Check out pricing.
