Pricing FAQ
What counts as a facilitator?
Anyone with the Scrum master or administrator role, or the facilitator team role. Regular participants and guests are free.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly runs per month; yearly saves 2 months.
How does the free trial work?
Start a 7-day Pro trial without a credit card. After that you return to Free unless you upgrade.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is per seat: you pay €27 per facilitator per month. Team is a flat rate of €79 per month for up to 5 facilitators. If you have 3 or more facilitators, Team is more cost-effective.
What happens when my 3 free retros per month run out?
You can create up to 3 retros per month on the Free plan. The counter resets each calendar month. Upgrade to Pro or Team for unlimited retros.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Team?
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription and choose the Team plan. From that point you pay the flat rate. There is no minimum period — you can switch monthly.
