Team health check: measuring team health

The team health check is a Pro feature (included in Pro and Team) that lets you periodically and anonymously gauge how your team is really doing, separate from the day-to-day retro.

Anonymous, for honest answers

Team members fill in the check anonymously. Results only become visible once a reveal threshold of responses has been reached — so no individual answer can be traced back, keeping feedback honest.

Radar visualization

The outcome shows up as a radar chart, so you can see at a glance which dimensions your team is strong on and where things are straining.

Trends across sprints

Because you run the check repeatedly, trends emerge over time: is satisfaction rising after a change, or is a particular dimension slipping?

Choose from several ready-made check templates, including a variant based on the Spotify Squad Health Check model, or set up your own dimensions.
