See the defect net flow in a single chart: are more bugs coming in than are being resolved, or is the team actually closing the gap? This surfaces quality issues before they escalate.

The closed loop: from action to effect

The most powerful feature is the closed loop: mark an action item from the retro as an experiment, and the dashboard automatically shows the before/after effect on your sprint numbers. That way you see in black and white whether a change actually works, instead of guessing.
