Setting up your profile and language

Under Settings → Profile you manage your personal details and preferences. These settings are yours alone — they're separate from your organization and your role.

Name and avatar

Your name is visible to colleagues and on boards you facilitate. You can upload an avatar image (JPG, PNG or WebP, max 2 MB) or remove it again.

Switching language

Retrospective Lab is available in four languages: Dutch, English, Spanish and German. Choose your preferred language under Language — the entire interface, including emails and notifications, changes immediately. This setting is personal: every member of the organization can pick their own language, independently of one another.

Theme and timezone

Choose between light, dark or system theme, and set your timezone so that times (such as session times and action item deadlines) display correctly.
