Retrospective Lab

Organization and teams

When you create an account, you automatically get an organization — your workspace in Retrospective Lab. All members, subscriptions and settings belong to that organization.

Teams within your organization

Within an organization you create one or more teams (sometimes called squads), for example per Scrum team or department. Every board belongs to exactly one team, so retros, action items and trends stay neatly grouped per team instead of getting mixed together.

How many teams can you create?

On the Free plan you can start with a limited number of teams. With Pro (€27 per facilitator/month) you get unlimited teams within your organization — handy once you're coaching multiple Scrum teams. See the options at /prijzen.

Who's in your organization?

You invite colleagues as members of the organization; they get a role when you do (facilitator or administrator). See Inviting members and Roles for details. Retro participants don't need to be members of the organization — they join through a link, see Inviting your team.
