Your data stays yours. Retrospective Lab makes it easy to take your data with you or have it fully deleted.

Exporting retro data

With a Pro or Team plan you can export a board as PDF, Markdown or JSON — handy for sharing with someone who wasn't there, or for archiving. See exporting a retro for the details per format.

Deleting your account or organization

Want to stop using Retrospective Lab? From your account settings you can delete your account, and an organization owner can delete the entire organization. All associated data — boards, cards, health-check results, action items — is cascade-deleted: nothing is left behind in linked tables.

Retention period after a deletion request

After a deletion request, data is permanently erased within a short retention period. This gives just enough room to undo an accidental request, without keeping data any longer than necessary.
