Upgrading to Pro or Team

Ready for unlimited retros and Pro features? Here's how to upgrade:

Step 1: Go to Subscription

Open Settings → Subscription inside your organization.

Step 2: Choose your plan

• Pro is billed per facilitator seat (€27/facilitator/month) — a good fit if you have one or two facilitators.
• Team is a fixed price (€79/month) for up to 5 facilitators — cheaper once you have 3 facilitators or more.

Participants never count toward the price, on either plan.

Step 3: Pay through Stripe

Payment runs through Stripe, our payment provider. You enter your card details securely on the Stripe checkout screen; Retrospective Lab never sees your card details itself.

Monthly or annual

Prefer to pay once a year? Choose annual billing at checkout — it saves you roughly 2 months compared to paying monthly.
