Canceling, invoices and VAT

Everything about your subscription, invoices and VAT is managed through the Stripe customer portal.

Canceling

A Pro or Team subscription is cancelable monthly, with no notice period. Go to Settings → Subscription and open the Stripe customer portal to end your subscription. You keep access to Pro or Team until the end of the current billing period; after that you fall back to Free.

Invoices

Your invoices are also available in the Stripe customer portal. There you can view and download every invoice, and update your billing details (such as your VAT number and address) for future invoices.

VAT

All prices on /prijzen are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated automatically through Stripe Tax, based on the country you provide at checkout — the applicable rate is shown before you pay.
