A fair standup
In a daily standup everyone should get roughly equal speaking time. This timer gives each team member the same number of seconds and sounds a tone when their time is up.
How to use it
- Add the participants' names.
- Set the speaking time per person.
- Start the timer; at 0 a tone sounds and the next person is up.
Tips
- 60 to 90 seconds per person is usually enough.
- Someone running over? Note the topic and discuss it later.
- The participant list is saved for next time.
